Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

prospuck (prospuck.com) is an NHL statistics and draft reference site. This policy explains what data is processed when you visit, and it is intentionally short because we collect very little.

What we collect

prospuck has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, no comments, and no newsletters. You can use every page on this site without providing any personal information, and we do not set tracking cookies of our own.

Analytics

We use ClearAnalytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand aggregate site usage — things like which pages are visited, what site referred the visit, and broad browser/device categories. We use this information solely to understand which content is useful and to improve the site. We do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with any other data source. For details on how ClearAnalytics processes data, see their site and privacy documentation.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served by our hosting and content-delivery providers, which — like virtually all web infrastructure — may transiently process technical data such as IP addresses and request headers to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and maintain security. We do not use this data to profile visitors.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or share visitor data. We do not run third-party advertising or ad-tech trackers. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first and the "last updated" date above will reflect it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR in the EU/EEA or PIPEDA in Canada), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we hold no personal data about visitors, there is normally nothing to act on — but if you have any question or request, contact us and we will help.
